Wilmington Savings Bank

After 125 years, the bank decided it was time for a little makeover. The hometown community bank looked toward the top professional services marketing firm around – of course, that was us. We provided comprehensive internal marketing research and planning, focus groups with customers, board members, staff and the community, then developed a full scale marketing strategy and plan. A new logo and brand conversation, redesign of the interior of the bank, a new ad campaign featuring the concept of “Let’s Visit,” that showcased the hometown charm of the bank, mailers, website, social media, media relations, events, promotions and just about everything else in between. Our agency works as the marketing “wing” of the bank, providing CMO services along with tactical team marketing support.
